Step 1 – Insert the Windows 8 installation disc into your DVD or Blu-ray reader. Start from the disc. Depending on how your system is set up, you might need to enter your computer’s BIOS and set it to boot from the DVD or Blu-ray reader.
Step 2 – Press a key when it is asked to do, to start the Windows 8 Installation Setup.
Step 3 – Choose the Language to Install, Time and Currency format and Keyboard or input method according to your need and Click on Next .

Step 4 – Click on Install Now.

Step 5 – Enter the Product Key ( Activation Code) and Click on Next.

Step 6 – Read and Accept the License Terms and Click on Next.

Step 7 – Choose Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).

Step 8 – Now You are asked where you want to install Windows? Select where you want to install Windows 8.
Note – If your System has formatted partitions, select the partition on which you want to install Windows 8 and skip to Step 14, otherwise continue with Step 9.
Step 9 – Now Click on Drive options (advanced) to open a list of options for managing the available disk space.

Step 10 – Click on New and specify the size of the partition that will be created for Windows 8 and Click on Apply.

Step 11 – Now it will ask To ensure that all Windows feature work correctly, Windows might create additional partitions for system files, Click on OK .

Step 12 – Select the partition you have just created and click on Format.

Step 14 –Now the Installation process will Start, Wait for the installation process to finish, it might take 20 to 50 Minutes, Depends on your System.

Step 15 – Your System will Start Automatically. You can also Restart manually by just clicking on Restart Button.

Step 16 – Your System will reboot and Windows start getting your devices ready.

Step 17  – Now  the customization process for your Windows 8 installation Starts. Select the Name you want to set for your system and also Select a theme color and Click on Next.
