Lava hasn’t announced anything about the Xolo X910 in India as yet, but the device has already been put up on an e-retailer’s website, with a price tag of Rs. 9999. It is currently out of stock and nothing has been revealed about its release date.
The Lava Xolo X910 is yet another phone from this company to make the most of the Intel Atom processor. It is preceded by the likes ofthe X500 and X900 smartphones. This dual SIM (GSM + GSM) candy bar device comes encased in a stylish exterior drenched in the shade of white. Its front panel is dominated by a 4.3-inch IPS capacitive multi-touch screen which is capable of rendering clear qHD pictures in 540 x 960p resolution.
This gadget’s internal working is carried out under the supervision of an Intel processor which can clock in a maximum speed of 1.6GHz. A 400MHz GPU has also been thrown into the mix for ensuring enhanced visuals. But users will be a tad bit disappointed to know that the device has been loaded with the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 OS and not one of the versions of the Jelly Bean platform. It may receive an OTA update in the future through.
Furthermore, the phone measuring 64.7 x 126 x 10 millimeters and weighing 150 grams is armed with dual cameras. A 0.3MP webcam graces the front, while a 5MP snapper lays claim over the back side. Common features like auto focus, LED flash, touch focus, a video recorder and more are in place. The sensors like accelerometer, magnetometer and others to detect ambient light and proximity have also been fitted on it.
As for the memory, it arrives with 1GB of RAM in tow for smooth navigation and has merely 4GB of internal storage. But an expansion slot has been carved into the chassis for allowing customers to increase it by up to 32GB using a microSD card. And of course a power pack 2000mAh capacity hides under the hood.
The Lava Xolo X910 price is set just under Rs. 10,000 and has been listed on Flipkart in India. The handset’s availability details haven’t been disclosed as yet.
