At www.plusdigit.com, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information that are received and collected by www.plusdigit.com and how they are used. It applies to all visitors, including people who use our free Wedding E-Invitation Maker and guests who open an invitation.
Log Files
Like many other websites, www.plusdigit.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Cookies and Web Beacons
www.plusdigit.com does use cookies to store information about visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user accesses or visits, and customize web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser. The invitation maker and the invitation pages themselves do not set any cookies.
Google Advertising Cookies

- Google’s advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to www.plusdigit.com and other sites on the Internet.

Some of our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons on our site. Our advertising partners include Google AdSense.
Google AdSense
These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send the advertisements and links that appear on www.plusdigit.com directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. Other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) may also be used by the third-party ad networks to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see. Where the law requires it, you will be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown.
www.plusdigit.com has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information on their practices as well as for instructions about how to opt out of certain practices. www.plusdigit.com’s privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites.

Wedding E-Invitation Maker
Our free Wedding E-Invitation Maker lets you create an online wedding invitation page. To do this, we collect and store the information you choose to give us:
- Details you type in: names of the bride and groom, parents’ names, house addresses, event names, dates, times, venues, places, map links, your message, and any video, save-the-date or live-stream links you add.
- Files you upload: photos (bride, groom, background, gallery, invitation card) and music. When you upload a photo, we remove hidden location (GPS) and camera information from it and save it under a random file name.
- Spam protection: a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address is stored with each invitation and used for a short time to limit how many invitations one connection can create. A hashed IP address is also kept for up to 6 hours to count how many times an invitation is opened. It cannot be read as your real IP address.
We use this information only to create, show and manage your invitation and to protect the service from spam and misuse. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Who can see your invitation. Your invitation can be opened by anyone who has its link. It is not listed anywhere on our website and is marked so that search engines do not show it. However, anyone you share the link with, and anyone they forward it to, can see everything on it, including photos and addresses. Please only add details you are comfortable sharing with your guests.
Editing and deleting. When you create an invitation, you receive a private edit link. With it you can change or permanently delete your invitation at any time. Deleting removes all its details and uploaded files from our website. Keep the edit link safe, because anyone who has it can edit or delete the invitation. If you lose it, email us at [email protected].
How long we keep it. Invitations stay online until you delete them. We may delete invitations after the wedding events are over, and we may remove invitations that look like spam or contain unlawful content at any time.
Other people’s information. By creating an invitation, you confirm that you have permission to share the names, details and photos of the people included, and the right to use any photos and music you upload.
Third-Party Services
When the invitation maker or an invitation is opened, your browser may connect to these outside services, which receive your IP address and follow their own privacy policies:
- Google Fonts: for the lettering on the pages.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs): for the QR code shown on invitations.
- YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook: only when an invitation includes a video.
- Google Maps and Google Calendar: only when a guest clicks the location or “Add to calendar” buttons.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: only if we switch on the “I am human” check against bots.
Some of these services may store data in other countries.
Data Security
The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only the site administrator can access the admin area, and edit links and IP addresses are stored only in scrambled form. No method of storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If a data breach ever affects you, we will inform you and the authorities where the law requires it.
Children’s Information
The invitation maker is meant for adults. Please do not create an invitation if you are under 18 or not yet an adult where you live.
Your Rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, give you a copy, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, for example by deleting your invitation with your edit link. To make a request, email [email protected].
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
